Aromatherapy is a branch of herbal medicine that uses the medicinal properties of the essential oils of plants and herbs. Essential oils are said to have a unique pharmacological effect and these oils can be inhaled, or added to massage creams, oils & gels.
Aromatherapy oils are reported to have an uplifting effect on mood and emotions as well as some medical ailments. They can help to enhance your treatments, especially when used in soft tissue manipulation (Body Massage) in which the oils are absorbed by the skin.

Aromatherapy treatment can only commence following a consultation and patch testing for skin sensitivity to the selected oils chosen by your therapist.

An age old treatment which provides a zoned therapeutic massage of the feet. Ancient texts and artefacts inform us of the use of reflexology by the people of China, Japan and Egypt. This relaxing therapy is an excellent holistic treatment for tired feet and lower limbs.

Reiki is a Universal energy that treats the whole person in a truly holistic fashion (physically, emotionally and spiritually). Reiki and practitioner will simply act as the middle person who can access the energy and enable it to pass into the recipient with the objective of allowing harmony to be restored.

Soft Tissue Manipulation is used to stimulate the circulation of blood and lymph fluids. This type of massage can also employ a mixture of movements and techniques which can be relaxing or vigorous depending on what objectives need to be achieved.
